In this Vinyasa Lab, David gives a tutorial on how to start practicing Chakrasana. Here are the vinyasa instructions when you are executing out of Supta Hasta Padangusthasana:
— With a great rhythm, hoist your legs and arms overhead, lift your hips, and
plant your hands on the ground underneath your shoulders.
— Push off the ground with your hands and strengthen your arms as your legs and hips pass over you.
— Tuck your chin, drive your legs back, and come to the
destination of Caturaṅga Daṇḍāsana.
— Remember that using a combination of momentum and arm strength is the key to protecting your neck in this transition.
